Members of the finance industry from stockbroking and investment firms gathered to raise funds for 5 children charities. It was Helping Hand Group's first time involved and we coordinated the Live and Silent Auction raising over $160,000; more than double last year's fundraising total. The highlight being the Stones guitar setting an Australian record of $45,000!

This year Helping Hand Group has again extended its boundaries and we are continuing to break records. We have eclipsed $9 Million since 1997 and are on track to raise $2 Million in 2007. We had our first events in New Zealand and have gone from strength to strength in Japan, Hong Kong and Singapore. Our Sydney Head Office has welcomed 4 new staff members in 2007, Rebecca, Sascha, Omar and Joel, whilst in Melbourne Nichelle has joined the team.

We look forward to continuing our dedicated approach to ensure our clients are successful in their fundraising goals.

Simon Braham is our Victorian, ACT & Tasmanian State Manager. He first assisted HHG in 2000 via a mutual friend. After working in the Sales and Internet industry for 8 years, he joined HHG as full time State Manager in April 2005, and since has raised over $1.1 Million.

Simon provides a very customer centric approach to our business, has an incredible knowledge of sport, music and film and is passionate about fundraising, having run his own fundraising event in the past for Tsunami Relief.
