1. How is there really NO catch, in using Helping Hand Group's (HHG) services?
There is absolutely NO catch in using HHG's services! We come to your function and do all of the work. We provide every single item at Charity Cost price. Every Cent above the cost price goes to your organisation. There are NO hidden fees/charges. Anything that does not sell, is returned by HHG at no cost to you.
(The only fee that HHG ever passes on, is the 3% Credit Card fees, that the banks charge us to process payments.)
2. What is 'in' it for HHG?
Besides the great pride HHG feels by having generated $18million in donations, there is significant PR created for HHG and our retail and framing business, South Sydney Framing. We also receive a number of enquiries from new retail customers through the provision of HHG's services. These customers only know about HHG and our other businesses, through our fundraising endeavours.
3. How has HHG been able to raise and donate so many millions over so many years?
By constantly bringing new and exciting items of Memorabilia onto the market, in the most timely manner. For example, within 2 weeks of Italy winning the FIFA World Cup 2006, HHG has a signed and framed team Jersey in a Charity Auction - reaching $10,000!
HHG also keeps adding to its services, year in and year out. Hence our clients and their guests, constantly see an evolving offering from HHG.
4. Does HHG provide references/referrals to back up the claims made?

5. What if I already run a Silent Auction?
This is perfect! Not only will you already know how much work is involved (and hence, how unique our 'no cost' offering is!), but you will already see the great benefits in holding a Silent Auction. Let HHG discuss the ways we can work together to make your next Silent Auction, the most successful ever!
6. What if I am able to obtain many (Memorabilia) items already, as donations?
Then HHG will gladly include these items in the Silent Auction, creating a seamless display of all the items. Guests will move through Memorabilia, Concert tickets, Hotel stays, Restaurant vouchers, Wines, etc, etc, and be amazed by the huge range on offer.
In fact, with 100% of the funds from your items going back to you (that is - HHG charges no 'management fee' on these items) - you CANNOT lose! The items HHG will include from its range, will serve to compliment the items you have had donated.
7. Does HHG do Framing or provide other Event Services?
HHG will frame anything that you have donated at Charity Cost price, through our Framing business - South Sydney Framing (with 35 years experience!). Your items will never look better!
